Cancellation Policy

Clients must submit payment upon the time of booking. All bookings, rescheduling and cancellations must be approved by V-Karma 72 before date of service. All services can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time between the time of booking and 72 hours before. Client is required to make cancellations of all services 72 hours in advance to avoid 50% late charge. If client cancels is less than 72 hours, a 50% fee will be applied.
