Trim cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. In two separate bowls mix 1 cup of flour with 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp smoked paprika. Add water to make a smooth liquid. Be sure not to make it so watery that it will not stick to a brush. In a separate bowl put 1 or 2 cups of breadcrumbs. Cover each cauliflower bite first with flour liquid and breadcrumbs next. Bake it at 375 F for 10 min.  Turn the bites on the other side and bake for another 10 min. Pepper your BBQ sauce.  Cover bites with BBQ sauce and bake for additional 15 minutes.


BBQ SAUCE (in a blender mix together)        RANCH DRESSING (in a blender mx together)


1 cup ketchup or homemade tomato sauce                               1 cup vegan mayo

1 ½ Tbsp (Tablespoon) apple cider                                                3/4 cup soy milk

½ of fresh squeezed lemon juice                                                   2-3 garlic cloves

1 Tbsp soy sauce                                                                               2 Tbsp apple cider

2 Tbsp molasses                                                                                1 tsp onion powder

½ Tbsp brown sugar                                                                          salt and black pepper to taste

1 tsp (teaspoon) cayenne pepper                                                  chopped parsley and dill

1 tsp onion powder
