1 5 oz garbanzo beans (better peeled) in a can or fresh -cooked
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Tahini
8oz (or more) olive oil
½ lemon juice
½ tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
You can add beets but do not add tahini if you use beets. They don’t make friends.
Parsley to garnish and remember breath of fire in between ;)
Mix everything in a food processor until smooth. Start with garlic, garbanzo, tahini, oil….
